The Mutant Girl is one of the monsters kept in the Facility. She is not listed on the whiteboard. As revealed by a behind the scenes video, she is released and does take part in the carnage during the Purge. She is barely seen on the monitor as the camera pans out before switching to the Angry Molesting Tree dragging someone.
Physical Description & AttributesEdit
As her name implies, the Mutant Girl is a normal girl who was horribly disfigured by some unseen event. Though she may seem similar to the Mutants, she is completely different from them. Unlike the other Mutants who resemble nuclear power plant workers, the Mutant Girl resembles a normal person.
Unlike the other Mutants who have their entire faces disfigured, only the right side of her face and neck is disfigured and swollen. While most of the Mutants who have little to no hair, she has sort of long black hair with a few blue and blue violet strands in it. While most of the Mutants are seen wearing jumpsuits and hospital gowns, she is seen wearing a brown jacket over a pink hoodie. She has a few splotches of green vomit on her chest. She is also seen with several lip piercings in her top and bottom lip and a tooth gage plug in her right ear. Her clothing style, her color, and piercings give her the appearance of a punk rocker. The Mutant Girl is briefly seen during the carnage of the Purge in the behind the scenes videos "We Are Not Who We Are: Making The Cabin in the Woods" and "An Army of Nightmares: Make-Up and Animatronic Effects". She is not shown attacking anyone because a face designer for the movie was fixing her make up .
She may be a reference to Lisa Trevor in the Resident Evil video games.
