The Surgeon is a humanoid Monster featured in the visual companion of the film.
Physical Description and Attributes[]
The Surgeon is similar to The Butch and The Doctors in appearance accept with some different noticeable features. The Surgeon's body is complex in appearance. In the visual companion, it can be noted that their body is completely black. No normal skin color, just black. It wears a white lab apron and matching long-sleeved gloves which are splattered with blood. It also wears rubber boots. The Surgeon's head is its most notable feature; it is not a typical human head. It looks to be replaced by an small, round surgical light, which are moveable pieces of equipment that are used overhead during surgeries in hospitals or for other types of exams in clinics. The wires from the lamp extend out of the back of the lamp onto the floor around the Surgeon.
The Surgeon carries a very large scalpel-looking weapon. The item that would have summoned the Surgeon to the cabin would have likely been medical equipment or tools.
Not much else is known about the Surgeon. But it seems it was a scrapped Monster due to time or budget or it could be early concept art for The Doctors.
