The Butcher is a humanoid Monster only seen in the visual companion of the film.
Physical Description and Attributes[]
He has pale blue skin and wears a bloody butcher's apron and has an orange mohawk. He wears brown rubber boots and white long-sleeved gloves that are covered in blood. Nothing else is known about him, as he was possibly a scrapped Monster that was cut due to budget or time but it could just be an early concept for The Doctors
Inspiration[]
It may have been inspired by the villains from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Hostel, The Collection, or even an actual Butcher like the one from the 2007 Korean Horror film of the same name.
He also resembles Larry Chiang from Capcom's Dead Rising who is also a butcher.
