Mutant Girl
The Mutant Girl is a Monster kept in the Facility. She was not listed on the whiteboard, and is only seen in the behind the scenes footage of the film. She was portrayed by an unknown actress.
Physical Description and Attributes[]
The Mutant Girl appears as an ordinary-looking, Caucasian woman who was horribly disfigured by some unseen event. Though she may seem similar to the Mutants, she is completely different from them; the other Mutants who resemble nuclear power plant workers, while the Mutant Girl resembles a normal person.
Unlike the other Mutants who have their entire faces disfigured, only the right side of her face and neck are affected by the mutation. While most of the Mutants who have little to no hair, the Mutant Girl has long black hair with dark blue highlights in them, on one side of her head. While most of the Mutants are seen wearing jumpsuits and hospital gowns, she is seen wearing a brown jacket over a faded pink hoodie. She has a few splotches of green vomit on her chest, indicating she may possess the same ability as the other Mutants to projectile vomit or acid.
She is also seen with several lip piercings in her top and bottom lip and a tooth gage plug in her right ear. Her clothing style, her color, and piercings give her the appearance of a punk rocker.
Appearances[]
The Mutant Girl is not seen at anytime during the System Purge or in a cube prison. She can only be seen in the behind the scenes footage where the SFX team is doing her makeup. The Mutant Girl could possibly have been put here as a filler-monster.

She may be a reference to Lisa Trevor in the Resident Evil franchise.
