The American Slow Walking Creepy Girl is a humanoid Monster kept inside the Facility. She was not listed on the whiteboard but she did make an appearance in the first round of the System Purge.
Physical Description and Attributes[]
She is a ordinary-looking, young woman with stringy, unkempt black hair and is wearing in what appears to be a white hospital gown or a dress. Little is known about the American Slow-Walking Creepy Girl, as we only see her once during the System Purge and no lore exists about her origin. She does not appear to have any strange or other-worldly characteristics that the audience can see.
It is unknown what item in the Cellar summons her.
Its possible, but not confirmed, that she could be a Mutant, as she is seen at the same time as the Mutant in Hospital Gown makes its appearance- both wearing similar clothing. Another theory is that her body/human form acts as the vessel for some sort of supernatural force, such as a spirit or demonic entity.
Appearances[]
The only time she is seen is later during the system purge, when Dana and Marty look towards her direction. She is seen following slowly behind a severely injured security guard and asks him "Where are you going?". She then starts singing "Hush, Little Baby" before the camera changes. It is unknown if or how she kills him. However, after she finishes singing, a loud, piercing scream can be heard.
She bears some resemblance to Kiko (Japanese Floaty Girl).
Inspirations[]
She could be a reference to Alma Wade, a major antagonist in the F.E.A.R video game series who is the ghost of a powerful psionic. Indeed, the scene in which she appears mirrors a scene from the games.
She is also somewhat reminiscent of Samara from The Ring.
